@detritus "project jupiter" which basically this tiny county in the corner of NM snuck thru approval is, fortunately, meeting with some other setbacks. remains to be seen if this thing will become a reality. cuz, yknow, water-guzzling infrastructure makes real sense for the middle of the desert. 🙄
