What small, light brown #owl am i likely to have seen in #Ottawa this afternoon?

#Merlin says I'm unlikely to have seen an owl (Despite many pictures of owls on #Ottawa posted on Reddit this week).

It was flying low (so to speak - about 2 or 3 metres).

@human3500 Barred Owls often perch relatively low and swoop down on rodents that cross their path. I’ve seen them in Western Quebec, so a similar range.
