I was sad to learn of the recent death of Chris Rust.

Chris was virtually synonymous with #FoodNotBombs in Melbourne/Naarm, a co-founder of the group & its mainstay for many years.

A quiet guy who loved music & serving food to the community.

2/ Chris's taste in music was eclectic, from attending the Sunbury festivals (1972--1975) to numerous 2025 noise & punk gigs, & countless more in the interim: he probably went to more events than anybody you know.
