VolteccerMy pokemon OC: A trainer from the Galar region, his interest is in pokemon research. When he catches pokemon, he tags it for follow-up resesarch then releases it. His first partner was a Bisharp named Ironblade, who helped him with his survey of Galar, and later Paldea.
To him, battling is largely seen as a means to an end. Having so much of his battling experience be catching has given him a patient battle style, preferring to train pokemon for their ability to take hits - many are Steel or Rock type.
In his most recent expidion, he has travelled to the town of Frontier, to see how they raise pokemon there. He has assembled a team centered around the Tyranitar Stormbringer, and the sandstorms it creates.
