Emeritus Prof Christopher MayKimberly Milne's former partner (ex-husband) conviction of culpable homicide will be a significant development in the legal approach to domestic violence & partners' death by suicide.
On one level this doesn't help the victims, but does at least expand the potential to punish abusers.... and may also make the police more aware of the escalation(s) in abuse that can lead to such fatalities.
But the real solution is (as always) prevention!
