@HakeemG That statement is fiction. It's also dangerous for democracy to have the view that only career politicians can lead. There's immense value to be added by folks who haven't been molded inside a broken system. Look at the Dems now, sitting on their hands with no power and no clue what to do. I 💯 don't want more of the same. I'm willing to be open enough to admit that things are completely broken on both sides, and there needs to be a new way forward.

When voters reject you, during a general election and by a wide margin, it's generally not a good idea to run again for the same office. Check the electoral history on that, or try to land another thoughtless remark. Or... just stop now.
You mean like the last two presidents? Joe Biden got less than 1% of the vote in the 2008 presidential primary, then he ran again in 2020 and won. Trump lost in 2020 by 4 million votes and got elected in 2024.
