Why is Melania Trump suddenly talking about Epstein?
It could be because Brazilian model Amanda Ungaro is about to expose her.
Amanda Ungaro divorced her husband Paolo Zampolli, who is a close friend of Trump's. And according to her, Zampolli used his place in Trump's government to get ICE to detain her. But now she is out, and yesterday she posted this to Melania:
"I will tear down your corrupt system, even if it's the last thing | do in my life. I will go all the way—I am not afraid."
@StephanMatthiesen certainly a relevant question.
I do not know the answer, but I know this:
Adding more fuel to the Epstein fire in an election year is the last thing Republicans want, the last thing Trump wants, and the last thing Trump's supporters want.
I sincerely hope she is taking care of her own security.
@randahl I guess I fear that these are empty threats and that she doesn't actually have much, or that she's trying to get the Trumps to do her some favour in return for silence and we are none the wiser.
If she's really at the point where she doesn't have anything to lose and is determined to bring down the regime and has the means to do it, then I don't see why announcing it is a useful strategy. You simply don't tell your enemies what you're planning to do.
