JonathanYeah I wonder why they even bother calling it a joke. They should just say he's going to do it. Why even bother hiding it? He's already been pardoning everyone in their dog if they pay 2 million dollars why would he NOT pardon his whole staff?
The pardons are all illegal though and they should all be struck down in court.
