@peark.es Pardons only apply in the USA. Anyone who has been part of Trump's war crimes, etc. who travel abroad will not be so well received. And there's nothing to stop a future SANE president of integrity, who is trying to build back the rule of law, from handing Trump pardoned criminals over to the Hague. #USPol #WarCrimes #Pardons
