speaking of French I have been considering trying to dive back into it. One thing that has held me back (probably unnecessarily) is that I have zerooooooo interest in learning *Parisian* French, and I know that Quebec French is not like ALL that different or anything ,but I have zero interest in spending time in France.
so Radio-Canada/CBC has an app called Mauril that's supposed to learn you some French through CBC/RC sources, and I figure that's the "right" French, so, maybe. https://mauril.ca/en/
