impeccable (of course since it's The Peninsula Chicago), they had surprise (to me) limitless nuts (when I came back to my table after checking out the outdoor terrace they gave me a whole new bowl 😅), and since the hotel is celebrating its 25th anniversary, I decided to get one of their anniversary cocktails (a special kind of Old Fashioned of course).
