Broadfork@afewbugs Thanks for a long but worthwhile read. I have just done the fortnightly shop where I was one of only two people masked. I will get odd looks from someone but I couldn’t care less.
Long Covid is debilitating.
I wear a standard FFP2 mask when shopping. A more comfortable, washable and reusable cloth mask keeps the hayfever away when I’m gardening.
My household has remained covid free and virtually free of the common cold for five years. Shielding is ongoing for us. #WearAMask
@[email protected] my Mum also wears a mask gardening and swears by it for hayfever. Doesn't really help me though, I get itchy eyes 😂
