How TF is #Meta a billion dollar corp and its business suite is a flaming pile of wet garbage? Why TF can I not delegate roles for my soccer team so someone other than me can login and post to the team #Insta account? They can only post from the shitty business suite UI or I have to give them the Insta account’s root login info?!

And believe me I hate #Meta with the heat of a thousand collapsing neutron stars, but #Mastodon just doesn’t get it done for my use case in this regard: 3 years on Mastodon and… <checks notes>… 8 followers, 2 of which are my instance admin & 1 of which is me.

What’s that you say? I can use a free crossposting platform that breaks all the fucking time and ultimately forces me to crosspost manually myself thus wasting more time (looking at you, #Buffer ). Or I can upgrade to a paid subscription & likely get a similar outcome, but now pay out of my pocket to support a rec soccer team more so than I already do? Nah.

I want self-hosted #TryPost to work on my server but getting that up & running has been slow & I just haven’t had the time to get it going.
