AI coding tools are optimising the wrong thing and nobody wants to hear it. Writing code was already fast. The bottleneck is everything else: unclear requirements, review queues, terrified deploy cultures, and an org chart that needs six meetings to decide what colour the button should be.

@meina 不能太同意了！公司天天上agent coding 搞100x产出的后果就是加速死亡，毕竟以前工程的低效本质是为了淘汰很多垃圾idea而设立的官僚环节。
