finally doing taxes, is it normal that i cannot log into freefilefillableforms.com right after creating an account?

I just created two accounts with the same email and phone but different usernames/passwords, and I can't log into either ("wrong password" but wrong mfer i do not make that mistake, also the password is 20char long and the only symbol is _ which i don't mind saying in public because i did the math). Did I create "false positive" accounts that didn't actually get created, or is it normal to have to calm down and wait a business day or three before it becomes possible to do taxes?

made the second account because the first username started with a number, and i figured maybe that was the problem, but no, locked out of both

guess in theory i can do it all in one session maybe

i have in my notes that there's an unstated 20-char limit on both username and password, but maybe i'm missing another invisible requirement

ok, looks like there is some unstated constraint on username, and if i make it 15 lowercase letters it works
