@Daojoan Read that SaaS billing (including AI platforms) is shifting from seats (where work scales with headcount) with tokens (AI effort) to valued outcomes (tickets completed, X-rays analyzed) where crisp deliverables are worth money. Aligns nicely with outcomes-over-process culture and fewer performative collaboration rituals.
