Sarah E BourneI was making my morning coffee when I noticed that something had caught the attention of Hilo (a cat) who was out on the screen porch.
It wasn't the crouch she assumes for small birds and squirrels nor the very still loaf of bread for turkeys. She sat up, ears pointed forward, like when spotting a person she likes.
I went to look, and it was a very elegant fox trotting across the yard! She's been looking for the fox to re-appear all* day!
