Still surprised Melania has not gained more of an American accent after all these years. I guess it was not in Putin's instructions for her.
I don't understand this accent thing at all either. Other reporters at the White House get cut off by Donald Trump because of their accents. As if to say: we only speak American English here. What does Trump say to his wife?
There's a third: the war news is that bad, a sure-fired distraction is called for.
