Today in the Kitchen at Cake HQ:
Its been a while! We've switched to our own in-house Mastodon library, bringing better reliability and control. Mastodon also gets quoting support, lists, a brand new streaming backend and API V2 uploads. Telegram picks up topics support, a shared media buffer, and library updates.

TweeseCake | Change log

Due to internal changes, if you get buffers with empty items on Mastodon, you may need to remove your database files from %appdata%/tweesecake, or userdata for portable setups.
@app I'm running portable and can't find userdata anywhere. Is taht a folder? I need this put very simply. LOL
@VE3RWJ So even if the app is being ran portably, unless you do it manually, it still saves data to %appdata%\TweeseCake. So you should press windows+r, type %appdata%\TweeseCake and then remove the DB files and data folder from your mastodon-x folders where x is the number.
@app OK and the database files all end in extension .db?
@VE3RWJ basically, you just want to be left with the session.json file, and the session.json.bak file.
@app Sorry, one more stupid question. I have now lost bookmarks, local, and federated buffers. Where do I go to bring those back?
@VE3RWJ so all of those buffers are in the shift f10/applications context menu.
