Kirill Dmitriev, a special envoy of Vladimir Putin, has traveled to the United States for meetings with members of Donald Trump’s administration. Reuters reports that Dmitriev is in the United States to discuss a potential peace deal as well as economic cooperation between the U.S. and Russia.
