One of my new abstracted pieces that I’m nervous about sharing because it feels so different, but to me it’s exactly the same. And I like it very much. I like the process and the results. I find it creative, interesting, and challenging.

Maybe finished. Going to sit with it.

@JoBlakely If you love it, then there is no need to be nervous! It doesn't matter really how others might receive it no matter if they praise it or if they discard it. You must stay true to yourself and you did. Sit with this painting (which I - I must admit - really like a lot), be joyful about it and don't let upcreeping doubts destroy your joy about it. And then continue staying true to yourself and make a new painting and stay open to be surprised again. 🙂
