Tim Ward ⭐🇪🇺🔶 #FBPE@eloy Hmm. At #Cambridge it used to be the case that anyone could walk into a lecture (provided there was a spare seat, which there usually was). I wonder if that's still the case?
ersatzmaus@TimWardCam @eloy It was until at least ’96 - there was one particular lecture at the end of Materials II (iirc) that it had become tradition to disrupt, and that one was specifically only for those of us who were on the course - I guess that was the exception that proved the rule.

You could tailgate people through the door itself but eh there were security guards standing behind
