You can’t do much about potholes in the road, but you may find it easier to steer around them in the near future. Waymo and Waze are teaming up on a data-sharing program that finds potholes and shares that info in five U.S. markets. Waze users can already report potholes in the app. The program has added about 500 potholes reported by Waymo. Read more from @Techcrunch:

@TechDesk @Techcrunch Tesla has some similar database from what I recall. However, this is closer to public access data. Maybe a smart city manager will look at adding this data to a maintenance schedule.
