Join Multnomah East Indivisible (MEI) community members from Gresham, Wood Village, Troutdale, Fairview, Corbett! Gather on any corner of the intersection at NE 181st Ave and East Burnside street (There is extra parking east down Burnside at the 181st Tri-Met Park and Ride) This is a visibility protest not a rally or march. Bring your Signs! ICE OUT! - We stand with Minnesotans and our fellow citizens across America. Everyday we see and hear about those who are being kidnapped, beaten and kept in cages, moved far from their families. These citizens are denied due process that is guaranteed under our US laws. These folks are not criminals, they are people in our communities who are being denied basic human civil rights. We Stand with our Immigrant Families! Bring your signs, bring a friend, and meet fellow resistors. NO WAR! - The President does NOT have the legal right to start a WAR without a vote from Congress!
