Importance of reading order:

But if you were to describe the reading order of a character sheet, like this #DnD character sheet: where would you start? Would you put Strength, Dexterity, etc before the character's health/Hit Points? #ttrpg #accessibility

Yes.
In general, for left-to-right languages, the reading order should go left-to-right and then top down. But when content is visually clearly organized into columns, everything visually grouped within those columns should be read together.

So I'd start with character name and go across (upper row then lower row) but then go down the list of stats on the left (not sure whether Passive Wisdom should be included with them or not), then the next column (starting with Inspiration, ending with all the Skills), then go to the middle box (starting with Armor Class, ending with Death Saves). I'd probably next go to the Attacks & Spellcasting box but the box that starts with Personality Traits and ends in Flaws is another option.

This isn't necessarily the most useful or convenient order but I think it has the greatest fidelity with the visual presentation and with norms; this is helpful for those who are experiencing it through both visual and non-visual means.
