Today my manager showed me some of his dedication to being an ally to women in tech, when he openly brought up on a call with a potential vendor that he'd noticed they only referenced people and technologies using masculine references (such as "he") and that it's something for them to consider with their use of language going forward.

It's a little thing, but it matters.
