Ah.

Looking to install Linux Mint Cinnamon on a laptop ... but all the ISOs seem to be 64 bit.

The machine is 32 bit.

So ... suggestions?

Added in edit: I have a somewhat less old machine that is 64bit, so I'll practise on that. But still looking for a sustainable way forward for the old machine.

@ColinTheMathmo Last 32bit version was LMDE 6 https://linuxmint.com/edition.php?id=308

Another 32bit distro that is still maintained would be Alpine

I've also successfully installed Xubuntu 18.04 on very old laptops, allthough I wouldn't recommend it for anything important:

Hope this helps!
