@josephcox I KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS, the exact same thing happened to my company, same error message, and there's no way to get MS to help, but it's just a glitch and it can be reset by the developer by doing the right incantations on their portal. (1/2)

@josephcox The way to make the partner center *start the vetting process over again* is to:

EDIT the primary contact info. You don't even have to make any changes, just add and delete an extra space or something, but re-save it. This kicks off vetting again and prompts for the Verifiable Credentials (VC).

Without the above step, there was NO way to supply the credential and re-vet. (2/2)
