The Royal Tyrrell Museum is probably the best museum I've ever been to. Completely unapologetic, fully scientific presentations on evolution, Earth's history, extinction, and it even ends with a powerful statement on climate change. With the added bonus of many children (and some adults...perhaps me...) completely losing their minds over cool dinosaurs. WOW.

Definitely go to this museum if you're ever anywhere near Alberta!!

@sundogplanets Thanks for reminding me about this place! I remember the first time I walked into this museum - it was just so awesome. Finally, all those dinosaurs from the tea cards and the baked bean can labels that I collected as a kid were there in front of me (I'm showing my age and country of origin). This museum is wow - and the drive around the dinosaur badlands park is worth it too.
