today is cold and grey again. so kinda meh. but the pain and fatigue aren't too bad, considering yesterday's excesses. touch wood it stays like that. mostly rest today though.

I hate how my mood and symptoms are linked to the weather though.
I need to be sent to the sunny seaside for my health, like a Victorian invalid. ​​

yesterday had spoiled me and I'd stopped wearing a jumper even with the window open. but today is just too cold without one, so to the wardrobe we go.
The window itself stays open. I need fresh air, both for my comfort and to ward off potential headaches.

@thegoblinwitch The exhaustion that comes with chronic illness is so hard to explain to people who haven't lived it. Your feelings make complete sense.
