I often cry these days. No, it's not a depression, it's the events happening globally.

Today, I have seen a short video of an Iranian music teacher who sits in the ruins of his music school, with his instrument, saying, "I don't want the last sound coming from my destroyed music school to be bombs and missiles."

He then starts to play his instrument. Here is his video.

It's nice to see others also trying to keep up their empathy.

I cried when going to a protest because people where together for a good cause. And I grieved the future that we could have had if only we were at the type of protest that gets listened to.

I don't always cry because I am sad. I also cry in a positive way, for instance when I see people's solidarity for a good cause, like your example with the protest. Because this moves me and it gives me hope.
