At a White House press conference impaired Trump staked his claim on the Venezuelan presidency, even offering to learn Spanish for it. He claimed that he was "polling higher than anybody has ever polled in Venezuela".

I’m sad to say this. Venezuela, you have to take the hit. Make him president.

When that’s done, we’ll all be totally surprised that he can’t be American president anymore.
