this is the climate of terror and uncertainty that my mother lived in when she was a child. threats and violent outbursts, confusing ultimatums, insane reactions, rules changing all the time.
@donray@lzg I've long thought that a couple of his kids looked a little too wary when speaking in public, as in say the wrong thing, and you will suffer for it when daddy gets you in private.
