I'm still trying to dig up the actual terms, but I am finding sure makes it look like Iran has achieved a massive strategic victory over Team Shitstain. Most notably:

This has a bit of "boy (wolf?) who cried wolf" vibe to it, like Shitstain has huffed and puffed this same threat too many times, just more dramatic / unhinged each time. People, even his "allies", seem to be pretty done with his BS.

He may have a much harder time lining up support for "freeing" Cuba.

But even an ever-lamer-duck prez is still prez, still has many levers of power to yank.
