A psychotic, hysterical, unhinged warmonger is threatening to erase an entire civilisation. This should be more than enough to invite immediate & meaningful retaliation from world leaders. And yet, with the exception of Spain, none have shown the resolve and conviction to take a decisive stand against him. All just finger waving and written outrage.
