@steveshives it's not that i didn't think this was the most likely outcome, it's that there's no way to know what he's gonna do... Like, you can sign a whole TREATY with him and afterwards he'll still tariff you and threaten to invade over the SAME shit. Hell, he'll bomb you for just meeting up to negotiate!

If he made financial disclosures we could predict him better, but he still does stuff that harms the ppl bribing him just cuz he's incompetent — not to mention coming back to re-extort
