Jamie OsborneEven the threat itself, made by a leader etc. during war, could make Trump criminally liable, even if it’s not acted upon. Might stop him coming to the UK at least. (I expect he’ll retire to Russia anyway)
Jon PENNYCOOK@jmeosbn @mattblaze If we tried to charge any American politicians or officials with war crimes, the Home Secretary and the Prime Minister, along with some senior civil servants, would have sanctions applied by the American regime, and the American tech giants would be forced to deny those individuals access to their apps on their Android/iPhone mobile phones; to email, Office, and SharePoint if they're using M365; and to AI (the UK Government loves AI).
