This is that. If they were going to go nuclear, they wouldn't be throwing out all of these arbitrary deadlines, they'd just do it. They're shouting "HOLD ME BACK, BRO" but on geopolitical scale.
It's incredibly fucking reckless, pointless, and unnecessary.
