Alan Sill@desantis We used to just clip the ends and send them in for this purpose. They complained, but we explained with pictures like this one and the expensive bits are on the ends anyway.
@AlanSill That's what I thought as well. I've reached out to our vendor contact to see what she says... Hopefully it's just a matter of them agreeing. This is why I despise "cable pr0n" - it's not easy to perform any kind of maintenance!
