Why is it when you *literally provide evidence of wrongdoing* some people will just shrug and say "oh you have beef with them"

Like, no??? The dude fucking lied about something easily proven false to millions of people. That is *not a good thing*

@CursedSilicon and if he's lying about Pinball, a fact that can be readily confirmed....

@wotsac Lied about Linux too which was *fucking bizarre*

And then lied about the...release date of Ncommander's video???

@CursedSilicon
I am woefully lost with these screenshots and I think I lack context. what's going on here? Dave's garage is lying?

@CursedSilicon one line said Space Cadet and another has Full Tilt. Aren't those different things?

Just asking for clarity as I truly don't know.

@Kancept @hobbs (Condensing this to a single reply)

Cinematronics released the game "Full Tilt! Pinball" (published by Maxis) with three pinball "machines" (tables)

One table (Space Cadet) was licensed to Microsoft as a standalone game, that became known as "Space Cadet Pinball" in the Microsoft Plus! Pack (and later bundled with Windows XP)

Dave Plummer was a Microsoft employee and claimed *he* wrote the game in 1994

@Kancept @hobbs When I linked that as evidence that "Dave Plummer is a liar" the person shrugged it off as having "beef" (negative feelings) with Dave himself
@CursedSilicon @hobbs doesn't he have some YouTube channel where he's been called out about a few of the things he claims?
@Kancept @hobbs Not sure! He's been known to DMCA criticism though
@CursedSilicon @Kancept ah werd. it was just hard to follow what was going on based on the screenshots. thanks for the clarification.
