I was feeling so well this morning that I decided it was high time to have a wash and change the bedlinens. yay for the accomplishment! the unexpected counter cleaning (including moving the bloody heavy microwave), not so much.
I am now paying for the exertion. pain is not so good. but I have clean linens and am wearing clean indoor clothes instead of PJs, so it is fine. I don't plan on doing anything else physically. now let's just hope the fatigue doesn't hit too and it let's me get some non moving stuff done.
