I don't understand how hosting a web app on the domain "teams.cloud.microsoft" instead of "teams.microsoft.com" could *possibly* result in better security?
@mort they own the .microsoft TLD vs Verisign owns the .com TLD?

@tobozo I guess... I typically don't consider "what if Verisign goes rogue and maliciously changes the .com root zone" as part of my threat model but I suppose it's technically something that could happen
