The climb up the Gempen starts lower, and even though the Gempen is not as high as the Blauen, there is more to climb. At this point, above Stollenhäuser, we can see the Blauen, and we have already done more elevation.
When the weather is nice, there can be a lot of cyclists at the top of the Gempen! #Fatbike
I was somewhat surprised that I managed to do this ride, bcs it was a lot more than my usual Blauen round.
Just before arriving at my place I have to go up 60m, and this big road is one way of doing that.
See those two in front of me? A guy on a non-e-bike and his 12(?)-yo daughter? They practically _flew_ past me.

I had no issues with tyre pressure.
Arlesheim Trail was in brilliant condition, although I do not like the step-up with the super sharp lip they built at the entrance to part 4.
It was warm and dry and generally lovely.
Great ride, would do again :-)
