Dave Rahardja@cmconseils I have a routine: I do crossword puzzles on my phone, with its screen dimmed below its normal minimum, until I get tired enough to doze off. Focusing my mind on solving word puzzles prevents me from thinking too much about other things and allows my eyes to get tired.

Tarnport@drahardja @cmconseils same, but conlextions at lex.games - I get so wrapped up in the linking that I can't wait to fall asleep. And because there are thousands of them to play I don't mind asking for clues to wrap it up and get to closed eyes.
