I’m so jealous of people who can go to bed and immediately fall asleep. Is nothing on your mind at all?

I consider myself lucky. There is however always something on my mind when I go to sleep. The trick is to deal with that the next day and catch some needed sleep there and then in order to be well rested for the day to come.

Everyone should find out in what way they can switch themselves on and off. It is really a blessing to be able to flick that switch, most times.

Ah yes, that is a difficult one. Sorry to hear that you have problems with that. Stress does have a function because it focusses our attention. It is however not very useful when you try to catch some sleep. Not sure how to help with that.
