@mayintoronto Have you ever done a “pineapple on pizza” poll?

@scrivolical @mayintoronto one of my best past pizza making parties was in my late early 30s. I invited a ton of my BIPOC friends - POC outnumbered the white friends. I had all sorts of ingredients offered that most Westerners were either intrigued or grossed out by. We made lots of interesting yummy pizzas! First time I tried tandoori chicken pizza, banh mi pizza, jerk chicken pizza, salted Indonesian fish pizza, curried vegan Indian pizza & much more. I had a bunch of my cultural musician friends attend too & they all took turns playing/singing their cultural music, while we all tried out different cultural homemade pizzas & chatted 💗

@PhoenixSerenity @mayintoronto That sounds awesome. I haven’t had tandoori chicken pizza nor jerk chicken pizza in years (since before the pandemic started). I’m salivating just thinking of them. I do like anchovies (on pizza) when it’s a busy pizza, so I’m curious how the salted Indonesian fish pizza would taste.
