rk: it’s hyphen-minus actually

Hey! If you use Anki, what mobile app do you use for it? The official Anki app is…not to my taste. I’ve paid for it and stuff and gave it the old college try but it’s just a little too…flexible for me. I end up spending more time fiddling with things to get them exactly the way I want than I do actually learning.

A WaniKani-style UI, clean/bright/spartan/friendly/largely unconfigurable over an arbitrary Anki deck would be the bees’ knees.

@rk I'm using AnkiDroid (on GrapheneOS), and I can't think of anything I could complain about with it. :)

@mirabilos @rk Haven't used the official Anki app (iOS only) in years b/c I switched to Android. Very satisfied with my AnkiDroid. If your data allowance permits it and the Anki app does not work well for you, maybe the AnkiWeb website works better?
