Se a fronte delle violenze nel West Bank, la Corte penale internazionale restasse muta, probabilmente gli europei se la caverebbero con i soliti sussurri costernati che finora sono risultati appropriati a tollerare e ad accettare senza destare scandalo. Ma se l’Icc, riattivato, chiamasse le cose con il loro nome e colpisse duro il governo Netanyahu, allora gli esercizi europei di futilità diplomatica sarebbero difficili
