On #LinkedIn, two recruiters in the last month have contacted me about tech support positions. The last job I had where I did tech support ended in *1998*. That's almost 30 years ago! Even if I wanted to resume doing tech support - which I absolutely, categorically *do not* - I wouldn't be qualified for it now.

I can write and edit without the "assistance" of AI tools. I hear those might be vanishing skills. I need to work part-time for health reasons, and am having difficulty finding regular, decently-paid work.
