Laura@dysfun @mcc Not the first time I see this brought up, sometimes even the deluxe mental gymnastics version: you're treating a lifeless machine in a way that could be considered offensive if it was a living person, but people can use machines, too, ergo you're transitively racist against real people! Checkmate/QED/etc.
